SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time:

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders (except for customized jewellery) are sent to the logistics for dispatch within 1-2 days after the order is placed.

NOTE: Customise Jewellery takes 12-15 working days

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery at any place in India genuinely takes a maximum of 5-7 days to reach its destination.

Shipment Tracking

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Delivery Location:

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee/Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility in Kolkata.

Change in Shipping Address:

Customer can check the status & track their orders by logging in.

Shipping details cannot be changed at customer’s end once the order is created. If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to www.whitehaathidesigns.com

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Partner. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.

www.whitehaathi.com holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

REFUND POLICY

Terms of return:

  • There is no exchange, return or refund on Personalized jewellery and COD orders.
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a full refund within 4-5 business days.
  • If your personalized jewellery is damaged or has errors in the design, then you can courier it to us and we will have it corrected.
  • If your product has tarnish related issues, you can send it back to us. Once we receive it, your product will be then lab tested to check if any perfume was used. Your product will only be corrected and sent to you if the lab test results are in your favour.
  • If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If you wish to return non-personalized jewellery for any other reason before completing 7 days of delivery, you will receive a credit and shipping cost of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the credit
  • To be eligible for a return of non-personalized jewellery, your item must be damaged or missing before/ on arrival of the delivery.
  • It should be unused and in the same condition with original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that product.
  • If you're unable to reach us, kindly leave a message on the Website/ Whatsapp and allow us a minimum of 24-48 hrs to get back to you.

Terms of refund:

  • Once the product reaches us, your refund will be initiated.
  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, the refund will be initiated and the amount will be transferred to your account.
  • If you return your product due to error, defect or damage on arrival, then a credit note will be issued.

Terms of exchange:

  • Depending on where you live and the surrounding circumstances, if any, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach may vary.
  • The delivery usually takes 12-15 business days all over India.
  • Customers have to bear To & Fro shipping cost for exchanged orders.
  • There is no exchange or refund on Personalized jewellery.
